What if you could wear your online identity on your sleeve? We aimed to design a wearable status symbol, an accessory that would display one’s online status on their arm, for all to see. For prototyping, we experimented with iron, wood, plastic, fabrics and ink. Our outcome is an accessory hidden in the sleeve. When moving, this piece will activate to expose the wearer’s online status to the world.
