Re-inventing Happiness is a research project in which the museum with various artists, museum visitors and residents, that will fold itself out over the course of three months at the Stedelijk Museum in 's-Hertogenbosch.
The whole project will take place over over the course of three whole years, to find a different definition of happiness and provide new perspective. What is happiness if it’s not for sale? This and other questions are asked and answered by different artists, visitors of the museum and inhabitants of the city of ’s-Hertogenbosch during a three-month research-project on site. The context created by Roosje Klap forms a constantly changing décor with enormous pages from a newspaper, filled with text and other research in different media on the theme of Happiness. As a result, an actual newspaper is presented at the end of three months. In 2015 and 2016 the project is continued.
